manor/garden villages Forty-nine three-story brick garden-style buildings hold 574 units of rental housing at Manor and Garden Villages in the Villages of Parklands. Each village has its own leasing center, conference space, and outdoor play area. All buildings have new roofs, windows and heating systems.
