ASHEFORD COURT Asheford Court is the residential development on the property formerly known as Camp Simms. It will consist of 75 single family, for-sale homes; 16 of the homes will be affordable to moderate income households, and the remainder will be sold in the $500,000 to $600,000 range. These homes represent an opportunity for families who have realized equity from a condo or townhome to move up to a single family, detached home. The community is within walking distance of the new Shops at Park Village and THEARC, and it is across the street from Green Elementary School.
