NEW IMAGE CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER To ensure continuing day care facilities for families living in Ward 8, William C. Smith + Co. partnered with New Image Child Development Center to build a new child care facility adjacent to the SplashPark in Parklands. This state-of-the-art facility can accommodate 100 children, from infancy to 12 years of age, in 7,884 square feet. It is the mission of the operators to provide quality, affordable child care to families with low or limited incomes. New Image Child Development Center operates a transportation system for picking up and dropping off children.
