Some examples include a 43,000 square foot land assemblage for the construction of the 294,000 square foot Federal Gateway I office building on behalf of Spaulding & Slye Investments and WCS Family Investments; a 60,000 square foot land assemblage for the 400,000 square foot mixed use project known as Half Street on behalf of Monument Realty, Lehman Brothers and McFarlane Partners; and the assemblage of three separate apartment communities to form the 675 unit Adelphi Springs rental community for Sawyer Realty and CMS. |
